Franklin Township Public Works Boss Charged with Sexual Misconduct
October 30, 2019A boss employed by the Franklin Township Public Works department in Franklin Township, New Jersey was charged with sexual misconduct. His former assistant filed a suit against him claiming that he engaged in unlawful physical contact with her and made unwanted sexual advances toward her multiple times. Allegedly, when she rejected his advances, he retaliated against her by reducing her work hours and calling her derogatory names. She further alleges that the township officials failed to protect her from his toxic behavior. While she still works for the Franklin Township Public Works department, she transferred to another position. In addition, his employer charged him with theft.
