Samantha Pankey Martin
Samantha Pankey Martin is an associate at Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C. Samantha represents employees as well as employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha interned at the Office of Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where she drafted memorandums pertaining to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Public Employee Relations Act, and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act.
Samantha was also a legal judicial intern in a summer diversity program, where she observed both criminal and court proceedings. She discussed the cases with the judges and law clerks as well as drafted memorandums to advise on relevant law.
Samantha graduated with her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During her time there, she published a blog discussing Philadelphia’s Fair Workweek ordinance. She was also a staff writer of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, vice president of the Labor & Employment Law Society, and student ambassador of the Women’s Law Caucus. She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University, where she graduated cum laude.
